We’re launching a new website for Baltimore City!
Check out the new beta site and share your feedback.

Mobile career navigators bring resources and services from the Baltimore Mayor’s Office of Employment Development (MOED) to neighborhoods where access is often limited and connect residents from underserved communities to employment and training services.
Residents can request to meet mobile career navigators at libraries, coffee shops and other public places around Baltimore City. You choose the location and we come to you! Businesses and organizations can invite mobile career navigators to their events, chapter meetings or locations. Spanish language services are also available.
For all residents requesting Mobile Career Navigator service, please complete the following, MCN Job Seeker Assistance Request Form or call 410-746-8663. For Spanish language services, switch the language drop down at the top of the assistance form to Spanish.
For Park Heights residents only, fill out the Park Heights request form here.
Businesses and community organizations, to invite a Mobile Career Navigator to your location or community event, please email moed.outreach@baltimorecity.gov.
