Public Notice | Request for Proposals | Eastside Youth Opportunity (YO) Center Operation

The Mayor’s Office of Employment Development (MOED) seeks responses to a Request for Proposals (RFP) to operate an Eastside Youth Opportunity (YO) Baltimore Center.  The selected organization will provide support services to out-of-school, unemployed youth ages 18-24, to address barriers to academic and career success, assist them in reaching their potential, and promote their successful transition into the workforce.

The RFP was released on February 24, 2025, and can be viewed on the MOED website at moed.baltimorecity.gov. All correspondence including a request to receive the RFP directly should be directed to moedrfp@baltimorecity.gov. A bidders conference will be held March 6, 2025, from 12:30-2 PM; potential bidders may register here.

Bidders must submit their proposal to moedrfp@baltimorecity.gov by 4:30 pm on March 28, 2025.
