Public Notice – Request for Proposals - District Court Re-entry Project (DCREP) Case Management Services

The Mayor’s Office of Employment Development (MOED) seeks responses to a Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide case management services to participants in the District Court Re-entry Project (DCREP). DCREP is a diversionary program that allows defendants to participate in employment and training programs either as a condition of probation, an alternative to incarceration, or a condition of pretrial release.

The RFP was released on April 4, 2025, and can be viewed on the MOED website at moed.baltimorecity.gov/news. All correspondence should be directed to moedrfp@baltimorecity.gov.

To attend the Bidders Conference on April 17, 2025, from 10 AM to 12 PM, please email moedrfp@baltimorecity.gov to register.

Bidders must submit their proposal to moedrfp@baltimorecity.gov by 4:30 pm on May 9, 2025.
