Public Notice | Request for Proposals | Entrepreneurship Training Services in the Park Heights Master Plan Area

The Mayor’s Office of Employment Development (MOED) seeks responses to a Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide entrepreneurship training services to residents of the Park Heights Master Plan Area. The selected organization will conduct entrepreneurship training, following or based on a nationally recognized curriculum, to prepare Park Heights residents to plan, pitch, build, and grow their small business enterprises. The chosen vendor will also conduct a pitch competition for participants and award subsidies for entrepreneurial start-up costs to the chosen winners.

The RFP was released on November 20, 2023, and can be viewed on the MOED website at moed.baltimorecity.gov. Bidders must provide a digital copy of their proposal to moedrfp@baltimorecity.gov by 4:30pm on January 19, 2024 (extended deadline).

Update: The notification deadline for this program has been extended. All grantees will receive selection notification by no late than February 28, 2024.
